The outline points out that by 2020,China's product quality assurance system will be further improved,product quality and safety indicators will fully meet the mandatory national standards,quality innovation capability and market competitiveness of private brands will be significantly improved,varieties,quality and efficiency will be significantly improved,and energy conservation and environmental protection performance will be significantly enhanced.Agricultural products and food are of high quality,ecological and safe,and the quality of products in major manufacturing industries and strategic emerging industries has reached or approached international advanced levels.

By the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan period,the targets set by the circular include stable improvement in the quality and safety of agricultural products and food.The penetration rate of standardized agricultural production exceeded 30 percent,and the qualified rate of quality and safety sampling inspection of major agricultural products kept at least 96 percent.

Outline clear,by 2015,the product quality improved steadily,the product quality stable country selectives examination pass rate in more than 90%,the quality of industrial products loss rate decline gradually,gradually improve the quality competitiveness,basis of key parts,basic components of major equipment,materials and other key industrial products and consumer products important technical quality indicators at or near the international advanced level.We will cultivate a number of internationally competitive private brands,which will significantly increase their brand value and benefits.
