Improvement measures

After transforming of bright annealing furnace temperature is divided into three areas,and meantime artifacts by pushing machine into the furnace area-heating area,there are on either side of the wall under the placement of staggered four burners,orbit by brick build by laying bricks or stones into the arch support,double-side heating of components,to forward is two and three areas-constant temperature area,in two side-wall height with staggered four burners.The eight burners are selected with low-pressure eddy current burners,with spacer beams between the first and second zones,and two compound metal heat exchangers at the front and rear top of the furnace.On both sides of the furnace wall,the bottom of the furnace are brick structure,the top of the furnace is made of refractory fiber felt,and a high-pressure fan is selected to supply combustion air and ejecting air for smoke exhaust.Regulating valve and flow orifice plate are provided on gas main pipe and air main pipe,regulating valve is also provided on ejecting air main pipe,together with a set of leading microcomputer control system,developing instrument and protection equipment,etc.
